We carry everyday womenswear across four categories: Dresses, Jackets & Coats, Jeans, and Tops & Shirts. From wedding-guest and cocktail dresses to bomber jackets, pea coats, wide-leg denim and button-up shirts, the range is built around the pieces women actually reach for.

Every product page has a full size chart in inches, with the US equivalent listed beside each letter size. Compare the numbers to a piece you already own and like the fit of, and pick the row that matches.

Most styles run from S to 2XL, with the US equivalent shown on every product page so you can check before you order. Availability is listed on the product page itself.

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@trueessenceboutique.com with your order number and a photo within 31 days, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Check the care label on the item first, as it always takes priority. As a general rule, wash knitwear cool and gently, reshape while damp and dry flat rather than hanging. Wash prints and dark colors inside out, and wash denim inside out to keep the color. Avoid tumble drying anything with stretch, as heat shortens the life of it.

Often, but not always. Our range changes with the season, so some pieces come back and others are replaced. If there is something specific you are waiting on, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it is returning.
